I left two requests for return calls, from the broker that is handling the deal, and did not receive any response. Will try again tomorrow. I was impatient before, now I'm pissed off!

P.S. I'll also call the company. I think it's time for an officer of the company to go on record with the current situation and what can be expected in the near future.
