Technical observation: The correction in WIND has been very orderly and by several different measures shows a steady accumulation on this pullback to its present oversold level. I think Ramsey's comments are borne out by the charts. As a technician, I like WIND right in this area. I will buy the next close of 47 3/4 or higher,looking for a price target of 61 on the next leg up. (As always, should any of our WIND force be caught or captured.......)
