I have not been able to tie down the date for the stockholders meeting. Due to the travel schedules of the principals it seems now likely that it will be late december/ early jan99. The silver lining is that the financials should be released before then. Looking forward to 99 when we will get regular updates from the company and the stock price will be much higher.
