Sorry Tom, my fault, I only looked at the first page.

Although the top 20 only represent a sample of a segment, it is the majority. My quick and rough calculations show 45.5% dollar share in education, 52.5% share in productivity, and 43% share in reference.

I know what's happening, the customers are shills for the company!
