Jeffrey, you make a good point, but if that is the case, then the pr release is not very accurate. "Retail Entertainment Group, Inc. firmly supports our Company and our products. This is one more example of how we continue to expand the distribution of our product line while positioning the Company for growth," stated Michael A. Sylver, President of AZNT. Kevin M. Vander Kelen, Vice President of Retail Entertainment Group concurred, "Sweet Factory(R) stores are our most successful outlets. They are premiere centers for the distribution of "TOUCH OF NATURE (tm)". As the release states, Kevin M. Vander Kelen concurred with the statement made by Mike Sylver. Your thought regarding Kevin wanting to be assured does not fly with the above statement issued by AZNT. I doubt it. I say he waits until he knows he will get paid. Which means he'll be waiting until at least the financials are filed. But, no distribution means no sales which means no incentive for issuing financials. Catch-22. Bummer. So much for revenues for the foreseeable future. Are you referring to stock or product? As a customer for product it is he who will be liable for payment.
