Waiving the $100k for existing operators is "noble" but I think they should suck it up and tell ALL licensees to cough up $100 grand. Recouping $100,000 would be easier for an existing operator than a startup, so why bother with the concession?

Remember...others in this business are charging twice as much up front - even more.

Blowing people through the door with "Zero Down" is a good way to seize market share, but revenues are revenues. If they signed 5 licensees last quarter, I wouldn't mind seeing all $500,000. Who disagrees?
