My question is--will this fad last, and in New York will people continue to shell out big bucks for something that is basically unhealthy??? There are three coffee joints on every corner in Manhattan, and while I know the strong will survive, I'm still unconvinced that this fad will go on forever.... but been wrong before about lots of things... J
