forget the fact that most people there do not have phones (incidentally, most people elsewhere don't have phones either). the point is that the people and offices that have phones now are the ones that will have computers a few years from now. also don't forget hong kong, and, to a lesser extent, the more prosperous coastal regions. yes, intel fans, it's a big world out there, and it's not just in upgrades.
