Am I serious about people that dont have a photo ID until they are 25? YES I am serious JLA. Ever lived in one of those big city type places where people rely on public transportation?

BTW if Ca issued photo IDs for free, at somewhere besides the DMV, and if student IDs were also allowed as acceptable photo ids for voter registration that would be fine. The fact that republicans fight student ids as acceptable is yet another indication of their true agenda.
