There is Brazil, Latin America, the rest of Eastern Europe. The
IMF organized a bailout package for Brazil - bail out the Western
banks' unwise lending practices. What do you mean - the lenders
have been slaughtered? The US market is not far from an all-time
high. It appreciated more than 10% since the Asian crisis started.
If Brazil sinks, so will the North America. I see a lot of risk
in equity markets world-wide, something that will prevent Russia
from climbing out of that hole.
