Again with this? Sour grapes make for sour whines.

D. You agree that Silicon Investor in its sole discretion may remove posts by you or terminate your account if it believes that you may have in any way violated the Terms of Use.

Silicon Investor does not review, screen or edit messages posted by members. Nonetheless, Silicon Investor reserves the right to monitor or remove any information transmitted or received through the Service, or to terminate your membership and use of the Service, at any time, without notice, in our sole discretion. It is members' responsibility to bring violations of the Terms of Use to Silicon Investor's attention, although we do not guarantee any action based on such information.

discretion n 1: freedom to act or judge on one's own 2: knowing
how to avoid embarrassment or distress; "the servants showed great
tact and discretion" [syn: {discreetness}, {circumspection},
{prudence}] 3: refined taste; tact [syn: {delicacy}] 4: the power
of making free choices unconstrained by external agencies [syn: {free
will}]
5: the trait of judging wisely and objectively; "a man of
discenment" [syn: {discernment}]

Bottom line: Silicon Investor clearly states in their terms of use that they reserve the right to take action, or to choose to NOT take action, at their sole discretion. The choice is theirs, not yours or anyone else's. It does not say they will do it to your's or anyone else's satisfaction. I'm sure that no matter how their choose to implement their discretionary rights, there will be at least dissatisfied party for every satisfied one. It's the nature of the beast.
