Well fwiw, I have done another scan of the research literature and I saw no mention of the products mentioned in the NBMX press release yesterday. As to exactly what agencies they mean, the responsible thing for them to do is name these agencies. For you to presume to name them creates a rumor of unsubstantiated fact. You are placing yourself in the dangerously embarrassing position of hyping by creating facts that are not there. I know you are more responsible than that, and I don't want to see you fall into that trap. If the FDA or it's Canadian equivalent has approved these products, then there will be no trouble citing their approvals. Their silence in this regard only fuels the notion that they are attempting to mislead through vagueness. I would be happy to have them dispel this perception.
