yeah forget about the day to day price movements think about China,Brazil,India,Europe and of course not be neglected the good 'ole U.S. This of course is for investors and not day traders,short term trades,speculators and others who have little or no interest in the company's and the industry's long term prospects.
..and then I pay attention to the fundamentals of the company, the management,the industry,the economy (here and abroad)and other extraneous factors that could have an impact on the investment.
and that is it for me,I don't listen to pundits,gurus,talking heads, and various other so called 'experts'..oh wait a minute I do some times listen to them but not necessarily follow their advice if deemed irrational and screwy.
and that is the extent of my position. Is that much of an opinion? |
