James...That was no lady, that was my mother. Whoops..only kidding mom.

You are absolutely correct. The audit is long overdue. The delay has been attributed to a contract struck last year when Franklin had to watch every dollar. I make two mental calculations here.., First I congratulate Franklin for getting a bargain basement price on the audit, although they may now regret it. Secondly, either we are being lied to or the explanation for the delay is plausible. The only person I know who "audits" for a living tells me that this is the worst time of the year for firms that do that type of work. "Worst" meaning "busiest".

I could well be wrong, but I don't think so James. I think the delay is attributable to a contract struck last year at a great price with provisions that now hurt. I know everyone has their point of view, but I want a CEO that will do that and regret it one year later rather than one who robs the bank so Deloitte & Touche (sp) can tell him he's going broke. Seemingly little things like that add up.

I certainly understand your frustration,

Bill
