Thanks Bill, for your understanding of my viewpoint. This is what makes a thread great, rather than 'hype and confusion. That ability to understand where the other guy is coming from. It's understandable that some on the thread are invested heavily and can be pretty shortsighted when they conceive that straight forwardness could suck a stock price down. Myself, over the last year, have begun to develope an attitude of calling them as I see them. I've lost money on other peoples calls but made money on my own diligence. The way I see it, Franklin either has a gold mine, or an accident waiting to happen. I could give a damn what the audit looks like, at least I will know that it isn't in the hands of the IRS or the SEC. Then, I will increase my holdings gladly. Best of luck to us both. I am hoping for good things from FTEL, but don't want to have my money bit away by people trolling with hype for bait. Jim
