Redempto I checked Business World's web page & didn' t find anything about Fenway. There were some comments on a shortage of cement to the the year 1998 (maybe to 2000 depending on author). A Taiwanese consortium were threatening to pull out of 1 project because of an unfavourable environmental ruling by one of the government agencies. I checked for your name in some of the articles, however was not able to find it??? Can you suggest where the readers of this thread can qualify the pessimism you seem to have about Fenway's ablility to start up a vialble/successful cement operation in Palawan. Rick
