Recent summary judgement lawsuit is certainly good news on several fronts. 1) Summary judgement is good - as it is hard to get (shows a strong case) 2) Makes the January suit look better 3)Might make distributors more aggressive in their sales tactics a/g Guidant. 4) Any positive news is welcome.
