A lawsuit???? On average it takes at least one and a half years to get the results. But, ask yourself first what kind of results you expect if you win. In most cases, 5% to 20% of what you loss in the stock. Why? Typically, situations like this end up settling off courts. The lawyers take the lion shares of the settlement amount if any, and there are fees involved, etc... Is this what you expect?

Most importantly, when a lawsuit is officially filed and the company announces it, the share price WILL and FOR SURE take another dive. So when you mentioned you have been a 10-year RR and are taking action now. Let me guess, you don't have much investment in this company. And you might not want hear this, this thread is doing nothing but helping the short seller in SEMX.

Kill the thread right away!!! Of course, the short sellers love it to death if we keep going. Get it!?

PS. I don't mean to be rude. I am simply telling you the fact.
