Yes, I will praise God. He gives that which is necessary many times to keeps us from depending on things and an abundance of the blessings that really make for the good life. I value your opinion and do think we are in a period of attempted reflation -- what remains to be seen is if it will be successful. I do agree that this isn't a bad time to buy real estate in some areas. I don't expect rates will go all that lower. Prices are a little high, but there's no free lunch. Rates low/demand high and prices up or rates high/demand low and prices down.
