Hi Charles, Thought you should know! As of this morning, Zack's Service downgraded RMR from a 3 to 4 (1 being the best) on a scale of 1 to 5. I just received this information, and have not yet decided what my reaction will be. I will be watching the market reaction today. Frankly I can't make any decisions until a second cup of coffee, which I am about to get right now. Have a nice day! Greg
