Because PRU are idiots. They also have a $10 price target for FP. They are in now uncertain terms, whores selling to idiots (that would be MW)

Furthermore, MW, not getting testy, I boxed this pig three weeks ago. Guess what? I'll be throwing that at the bid when I smell blood and there are a few drops in the water. You'll know when the SERPent and OGRU are getting full. Earnings, conference call and 10Q Loom. get a brain and read up instead of just reading chart and listening to boiler room crap.
