Interesting that the *exact* same complaints were made about CompUSA in late 1995 and early 1996, right before the company went on to have some of its best quarters ever and the stock quadrupled. Let's also not forget when these same analysts wrote this company off as dead in 1994, right before the stock skyrocketed.

Computer retailing is a tough business, and CPU certainly isn't a Nordstrom's...but it would be a terrible mistake to think CPU is going away. I'm betting that they're going to grow - and in a big way.

The time to buy these sorts of stocks is when everyone hates them and they are experiencing some (surmountable) problems.

I see value here. CPU is going considerably higher.
