I got 1 1/4 points on GHV since yesterday. I think I can count on it hitting 15 again unless there is another downgrade. Would you take the easy way out and take the money off the table or let it ride for a few more points? Oh I agree on AVEI. I would wait for the next news story on pricing competition and you may get in even lower than you expect. Regards, Jeff
