They are still losing over $1 million per quarter, and only have 2 or 3 quarters' cash on hand. Granted, that's not exactly the end of the world, with licensing revenue increasing and the deal-making progressing, but there's no way to tell when or if any significant revenue will be recognized from those deals, and no way to see when profitability will occur. I followed this stock years ago (when it fell to $6/share), and I thought it was a good company then. I still think it has promise, but they never seem to be able to figure out a way to profit from their technology. I'm still waiting on the sidelines waiting for God to come down from the mountain and bless this stock. Until then, it's still too risky for my taste.
