Brian, EBTIDA means Earnings before Interest, Taxes, Interest, Depreciation & Amortization. This is a measure which is very similiar to the cash-flow of a company. In fact it gauges the company in a tax-and interest neutral environment. Very important measure for companies that emerged from a post-Chapter 11 reorg... best regards CROSSY
