Once MSFT get a stranglehold on browser market, the consumer will
pay more for it and the temporary benefit will vanish.
Moreover, these issues affect future innovations and limit new
competition from succeeding.

Those are all assumptions without prove. How do you know once MSFT get a stranglehold on browser market, the consumer will pay more for it and the temporary benefit will vanish? How do you know what would be happened if MSFT not entered in browser market and NSCP would control almost 100% browser market? Will the consumers pay $100 for a browser? Why not, everyone can't live without a browser and nobody else can product one.

You can make future assumptions as you need to prove your point, but that doesn't make it correct. I can make my future assumption too.
