To ALL: It is possible that SSGI is only a short time away from closing this Tamasco deal. I Spoke
with John Cadigan, Chairman and CEO of SSGI. John told me that this deal dependent on the
financing could be as close as 2 to 3 weeks. I was told that Tamasco with 42 million revenue and
profitable is fully intent on consummating this deal.
Should this all go forward, it would then be necessary for SSGI to send out a proxy statement for
shareholder approval. All this should take about 2 months to
finalize....................................................
John said they expect to buy the Reg D. out and with the stock as low as it
currently is, even the Reg. D cannot profit.
He also stated that SSGI has a backlog and the future looks bright, even though the stock price
suggest otherwise.
He admitted that he could not have picked a worse time to engage in this financing package, as it
came about just as the overall Market took deep dives. I agree and those of you that remember the
Dow dropped 312 points on the very day of the Merger announcement.
So, it is my opinion that we are waiting to see if the financing comes through and if it does then this
.07 cent stock could look mighty cheap. It is a risk I was willing to take and apply some measure of
patience to...

Regards,
Malcolm
