Great example! There are others. And, then there are those that disappear. Spoke to an "insider" customer of Syquest, and he agreed that it is unlikely that the "Brand" will disappear. However, the effect on us common shareholders is definitely in question, "post - bankruptcy".
With all the venom coming from some of the messages, does anyone have any credible information regarding the principle shareholders and management of Syquest, and their resulting financial (stock) position, should bankruptcy occur?
