Dear JDN, as I was reviewing the prospectus I came across a statement that helps to clarify the hiring issue that we considered last week.

"Many of the IT consulting contracts that the Company enters into contain provisions whereby, for a fee payable to the Company, the customer has a right to hire the Company's IT professionals who are providing consulting services to the customer."

A number of the job openings listed on Command's website clearly state:
"This is a right to hire position"

Also, the prospectus states that as of 12/31/97 in addition to the 350 active employees, Command also had 31 consultant's currently augmenting it's employee staff operations.

Thus, it is my opinion that the list of job openings on Command's website are for positions with Command, either as employees, temporary consultants, or as consultants who must accept the assignment under the agreement of right to hire contingencies specified by Command's customer under contract.

Best Regards, JAB
