Go read the press release, they didn't do the reverse to reach NASDAQ requirements. DO YOUR DD BEFORE YOU SPEAK.

Also, there are 3 major forces working against our company right now, DON'T you find it very strange that we get a landmark decision against AOL, and Fran, who hasn't been a MM in our stock for over 3 weeks, starts dumping shares into the market,
