Just out of curiosity; what would stop a wealthy Texas republican from sending a couple of thousand young people to a conference or condensed course at UCLA? Could they get campus ID's. What would stop them from voting. It would be cheaper for the host that running a campaign to sway that number of votes. I'm not proposing it. Obviously it would be fraud. Just curious.
