its funny about Ameritrade because I noticed that aside from 9:30am-10:30 am they are lightning fast. If you put in a market order at 9:30, or you change an order and try to catch it for the first hour forget it but after 10:30 ameritrade is incredibly fast... I can put a market order in thru their website and the confirmation is back in 30 seconds or less..

I keep saying im going to switch, but than someone will tell me that XYZ company is just as bad, etc etc.. its gotten to the point now where I decided to just isolate the problems I have had and work around them.. so far so good.. I heard some problems with Brown and Co, but nothing out of the ordinary tho. and $5 a trade, thats pretty damn cheap but im happy with my $13 on ameritrade.. Typically I buy with a market order for $8, and sell with a limit at $13 so for $21 win or loss on a trade, the commission is irrelevant really.
