He has every right to do with his shares as he pleases! They are his and not Waterhouses. I suggest that he gets the names of all the people he talks to at whateverhouse and get to talk to a supervisor. He should tell him that unless his shares are moved into the cash account within the next 5 minutes, he will sue the living daylights out of them and furnish them with most embarassing publicity the firm has seen on the internet. Since he has been asking them to do this before, they cannot hide under the excuse that they do not have a cash account (if they don't they should have said so before). Cut them no slack. I wouldn't.
