I have the same concerns. I was venturing that proposal contingent on some new here-to-fore defined technology. While we are on this subject, doesn't national security have a whole different take these days? I mean you talk about things being floated up the river and blowing up, or defense against deadly launchings, but what about our electronic dependencies and thus vulnerabilities. It seems like this is the superpower of the future and I don't really get the inkling that it is a big issue with national security. Am I off here or are boats and bullets still the determiners of world dominance.
