I guess the WSJ is getting smarter!! What a coincidence, I hadn't seen that article.

IMO, to a large degree the quality of a company is evident in the attitudes of employees. Utilities are dull, internets are non-conforming, etc.

CPU employees are ill-informed and looking for smoke breaks.

Costco employees are enthusiastic and personable, even as they check out their 1000th customer of the day.
