An email sent to RIS Resources, I'll keep this thread informed of what response, if any, I get. Did the Deal with Western finally close on Oct 31? I can't find any news release regarding this matter on CNW or on your Web Site? If not, are you negotiating with WESTERN for yet another extension, or, are you re-thinking your corparte strategy. As an investor, I have liked your investment in UP & PNEG but I have been lukewarm on the investment (with borrowed money) on a pipeline system. This constant uncertainty is depressing the stock price. Either close the deal or get out of it. Yours truly, Brian Diggle
