Actually think there were several people that have been waiting for that jump and sold. Remember each investor in these penny stocks buys at a different level and each one has already decided there sell off point unless your in for the long. Otherwise where you bought in at can be much higher than others. Therefore the elevator goes up and down till it reaches your floor. Rodster pennylot.com
