Jackie, EXACTLY. Now, did the Hospital or your insurance co. keep you or the physicians from doing what was right and indicated? Did they want to wait to see if your child went into full blown congestive heart failure before starting expensive tests and therapies? Remember we are not talking about elective or routine procedures. We are talking about situations that are dire emergencies.
