I do not know the exact reasoning as for the delay in the fiscrip/berwynn deal. The only information that was given was the deal needed a fairness opinion. I do not know what that all entails. I for one want that to happen right away. I for one think that is one of the reasoning the stock is suffering. Listen...I grant you that this is not a $10 stock but in my honest opinion at present earning rates you have to admit that $2 is a bargain. I am not hyping the stock that is my honest opinion. I think once the black cloud leaves our ship we shall rebound quickly
