Gary,

It may get over 2000, but I anticipate that the markets will retreat at the end of this run-up.

Greenspan lowering the rates again could fuel the Dow over 9000 and NAZ over 2000, but ultimately I believe we will fall back (and hard).

The overall economic situation has remained relatively unchanged, Russia, Japan, are in the worst shape their respective country's history. Unless Japan undergoes a radical banking reform, AND, the world starts examining our overall global economic status (rather than band aid and sweep under the rug our current problems) we will no doubt have problems on the horizon.

I have moved 40% of my allocation out of stocks and into real estate and cash.

Noone has a crystal ball. However, I would rather be in a cash position (this time), as opposed to the situation I was in during the last fall back and had to wait (anxiously) for the market to climb back to current levels.

Good luck,

Jamie
