Cos the Nevada thing was when we filed suit against Dayton for some things primarily based on a published annual report they put out, so we sued them for a bunch including their directors for their partaking etc, etc. Call Ralph and he can give you the exacts on it. I'd like to know what jurisdiction will prevail. We already have a court date for the Canadian side of it. The Chilean court decisions IMO make the other lawsuit (Nevada/Canada/Timbucktwo) a cake walk. :-)
