The way I see it is that he sold 150,000 shares in Feb for a cool 3 million bucks. File chapter 11, keep the talent, and go after more shareholder money under another name. Seems easier than trying to make something of his almost worthless 2 million shares. Can't sell
them without buyers. I might buy a couple thousand now in case of
an empty announcement to give his stock a short pop.
