Esteban I had trouble with Brown in a similar manner to you during the first hour and a half today. I called customer service about it and they said it had to do with the conversion to a new system which had taken place over the weekend--it was not finished in time and hence the system had to be interrupted to finish the upgrade. It should be better tomorrow and they said--we'll see-that it was a short term glitch on the way to long term improvement.
