There is serious accumulation going on with a turnover of 12% of the float today alone on top of the 10% we saw yesterday. With the price moving up smartly, it indicates that there is enough demand right now to soak up the supply of stock from day traders, profit-takers and short sellers. All technical indicators point to much higher prices and the fundamentals for IOM in particular, and the DD sector in general, are improving. Strong buy.
