Hi Preston (and anyone else who might have an opinion), Have you noticed a correlation between Value Line's most "timely" industries and P&F sectors that are in a "buy" mode? According to the P&F Principles, "the underlying sector being considered for purchase should be below the 50 percent level. This ensures adequate field position." Have you noticed a sector below the 50 percent level represented among Value Line's most timely industries? I'm looking at both resources and trying to figure out if they relate to each other at all.
