June JJJ Cleaver, OT MSFT can try and compete with ORCL and I'm sure their product is vastly improved over there last feeble effort but I think Larry's planning to strafe the Redmond campus in his Italian fighter or launch a ninja attack on Bill's HQ resulting in much chaos in MSFT stock. Actually my understanding which may at this time be outdated since I've been preoccupied heavily with work, is that SQL 7 is not backwards compatible to SQL 6 and earlier causing many headaches for those that want to upgrade. In the meantime ORCL offers a transfer package that allows a quick shift from MSFT to ORCL products for NT. And ORCL has already overtaken MSFT in the NT market. I don't under-estimate MSFT, but think they still have to play quite a bit of catch up in that market. Cheers.
