Hi Mike.... Nope.... I was unable to attend.... However, I did receive the addendum to the meeting paper.... Seems that IDA executives gave themselves a nice huge bonus in 1997... I don't know about you, but that is the straw that broke the camels back.... Imagine, a company where profits for shareholders do not exist, where executives give themselves salary increases and bonuses for NON-Performance!!! I believe that now is the time to start a shareholder rebellion in this company.... We must oust the current board of directors (perhaps we'll spare the new president) at the next annual meeting.... It's time to canvass IDA employees/shareholders and see if they agree.... What do you think?..... Would you be prepared to assist?
