How can one recover value for IPM shares if One has to PAY Maxam Gold $$$ to buy Maxam shares? In other words, this deal requires IPM shareholders to pay money, not receive money for IPM shares. Something's out of whack here, that'ts for sure. And what would Maxam do with the money? They don't have any cash resources of their own. Do you think they'd spend the money you give them on Black Rock R&D?

The DD game is over, and the players involved have already scored. Whether DD mining comes to pass matters not anymore. Look at GPGI's stock price. They are supposedly further along in recovery processes than Maxam and others, and yet their stock price has fully tanked.
