Thanks for the opinion ...

A price of 32 is right in the center of the range
I'm considering -- 30 on the low end, and 34 on the upper.

I'm thinking it probably could run to 40 next year,
but that's less likely and i'm not certain I can wait.

I've been using a P/E of 18 (which i agree is less than
we deserve, but it's on the high end of what we've got
historically) and an earnings of 1.75 (somewhere between
this year and next years estimate) -- that puts me at 31.5
