VERITAS DGC INC. SETS A DATE FOR ITS FISCAL YEAR 1999 FIRST
QUARTER EARNINGS RELEASE
HOUSTON, TEXAS--
Veritas DGC Inc. (the "Company") announced today it will release
financial and operating results for its fiscal year 1999 first
quarter ended October 31, 1998 on November 30, 1998, after the
Market closes. The Company will have its customary conference
call the following day, December 1, 1998 at 11:00 a.m. EST to
discuss the results. The call will be hosted by Tony Tripodo,
Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer and Rene
VandenBrand, Vice President, Business Development. Participants
will have the opportunity to ask questions following a brief
